Long vowels are used to refer to the vowel sounds whose pronunciation is the same as its letter name.
These long vowels sounds are also called ‘alphabet sounds.’
I am sharing a long vowels sound pack which is ideal for kindergarten and first grade. This pack contains five worksheets. Identify the pictures and complete the words using the long vowels.
Long vowel a – ‘ai’ and ‘ay’ make the alphabet sound ‘a’
